They’re all features and not faults 😂 but it’s a t3 Doka so epic man! I had rose tinted glasses when I got my 57 panel and the week after driving it around I was going to myself ‘how did I not spot that’

My r3 van is in a similar state and I'm working my way through an almost identical list. Minus the engine luckily that's sound but bosy wise yeh rust everywhere and seals are all shot to bits. I'm looking forward to watching your build ✌️

It is a clean one owner, only driven on Sunday to church and back home. Only minor repaireds needed and a small amount of time and cash. I would think it could all be repaired for under 15,000.00 British Pounds. The best part is ? Money grows on trees

You're lucky enough to have rear wheel drive, If this happened in the old days Partially apply the hand brake & this will act as a primitive diff lock & put some drive through both wheels 👍🏻 Ps good luck

Just picked up my first Type 25 1987 Caravelle 1.9 Auto & i love it to bits! I love it so much we decided to drive it 300 miles to Cornwall just after 4 days of owning it, and she is just eating up the miles. (brave or stupid?) Ive been watching your vids late into the evenings/early mornings and super excited to get stuck in. One of the first things i really want to get sorted is the Audio system. Do you have any advice on what head-units to use? I heard that i should look for a short body unit or will a normal size body fit? Any advice would be great!

Hi from Massachusetts! How about doing a video on lubricating the radiator fan motor or replacing it, bleeding the cooling system, bleeding the clutch & brakes ( hey where is that brake fluid reservoir anyway?), and since you mentioned sound deadening and the windshield is coming out (and a paint job) then you should drop the headliner to install sound deadening while you're in there as that roof is a noisy tin can top! Any chance of getting a Vindic (sp?) topper for the bed? I like having a grab handle on the A-pillars to help to get in the front seats. If you want to get crazy then put an LSD in the differential instead of going all Syncro on us. My DoKa no longer gets stuck on the perfectly flat wet grass. Just sayin....

Yes the white colour is fairly common on these. I can do one better actually, I can tell you where your paint code it. You should have a silver sticker under your passenger seat (nearside). And that has the colour code on it

@@CombeValleyCampers and if the sticker is long gone, there should be a riveted body options plate (M-plate) under the passenger seat inner rail brace (on RHD). the upper/lower paint sales codes with the interior upholstery sales code is stamped there around the left rivet. Most likely it is R1R1LL Pastel white upper/lower with black woven pattern faux-leather covered seats
