I had a mystical experience about 4 years ago. It became absolutely clear that there only one thing and that is everything. The nature or soul of everything is love. And the recognition of that truth was ecstasy. With the experience dissipating, the identification with the separate self hasn't gone.

Believeing the world is what we percieve from mind. That our experience comes from outer circumstances. That most is only experiencing their own minds. Walking around in their little illusion so to speak. Believeing this to be the objective reality As you say it was always just complex thought and when you let go of that tension (thought) there is something else ✨️ If there is anything of value to watch these videos of truth and autenticity. A few years ago i would only have seen a guy talking about some ideas. Today this is the most beautiful thing to watch. It is the truth beyond the surface of life that actually everyone is looking for. I understand every little Word you speak. It would be so cool making a video together or something ☺️ Actually it was along time ago i came across a man this kind and loving. It touched something within ❤ maybe some old energy in the body ✨️ or the wish to connect with someone on these levels

While I can speak English, I'm still learning, as you can see the difference between now and my first video. Sometimes it's challenging for me to understand people, but I'm actively working on it. Yess the mind/EGO veils the beauty of our pure being. It wants to fullfill itself which is impossible. What you are in essence is already fully loved and complete.♥️

I continue to drill down in meditation. "My" thoughts melt into sensations of embedded impressions. These are deep rooted samskaras of insecurity and fear. It will take time, but I suspect a big shift may happen before the year's end..
