We really love your videos and advice Sam. We really wait for your contents. I think we new agency owners are totally lost and will have to close the business soon if we can not sell our service to our buyers. The cost for GHLPro is $495/Monthly. Lots of gurus are advising so many things and it’s very easy to get lost. I think anyone can just follow your advice and stick with it to become successful. Sam, please advise us or atleast guide us what a new Agency owner should focus and even please mention atleast couple niche and sub niches to focus. I want to buy the Uphex and make my agency atleast make enough money to sustain. I really love your content. No one should dictate your niche for you, but go with something you know and start there. We have lots of resources on the channel to help you once you make that first decision.

This is awesome! Thanks so much for this. In the Retention Model section (around 52 minutes in), it talks about $3k DFY. What exactly are we doing for that to provide that to the client? Is there a video that shows how to set up a actual phone rep calling and scheduling leads for clients, it sounds to me like it would be a monthly service instead of a one time

Hey Devin, this is not something we teach yet. It's a big undertaking to build this type of team and manage them. There are white label services such as Level9 that provide VA's that you can look at for hiring folks like this.
