Mine arrived yesterday, as someone who has never flown a drone before. What Fun. I have not mastered the goggles yet, but walking around flying it, line of sight is fine for me to start with. Now you said that "the best part is... you can continue to use parts.. with drones you buy in the future". Now I am not there yet. but a video on what will work with the controllor and or with the goggles would be super useful. I keep looking at the "Beta85X V2" (but it's sold out) So which one ???? the "BetaFPV Pavo30 3″ CineWhoop (Analog VTX)" or the "BetaFPV Beta 95X V3.1 Analog CineWhoop" or something else. something not to big, not to fast, or to unstable. I got this kit 5 months ago. It's very nice and all the things are reusable for using or building another drone just like I did.I built a drone with an frsky reciver but since the kit is simply I can't to certain things.thr lite radio 2 se controller is simple I cannot flash frsky firmware on reciver now I'm stuck I need to buy a 100 dollar taranis. I do not like the fact that the goggles don't have their own dvr. And after 5 months the drone started getting slow and the motor sometimes stop spinning. Now it has a flight time of less than 2 minutes on both batteries. Now wish I can go back and order the iFlight alpha kit which comes with everything expect a case but is better.

Cool, I just ordered one. I realize that the goggles don't have AV out, but clearly you recorded the flight. so How ?? did you use a second set of better goggles, or is there a receiver you can buy (like a USB TV receiver) thanks for your help

Correct, The goggles that come with the drone don't record DVR. I have a rapidfire module hooked up to my DJI goggles which has DVR recording.

When you flew outside and added the flight footage, we’re you using the goggles that came with it? If so, how did you get the flight footage since there is no dvr built into the goggles?

I used the goggles that came with it to fly but had a separate set of goggles recording the flight.

I want to get in to FPV. Because I have like... ZERO hobbies in my life and I really need one lol. A year ago I paid $150 for a stupid drone that you flew with your cellphone lol. So it did have a camera on it but it sucked. Hard. I didn't even know this existed and for the extra $80 it's a no-brainer that THIS is the better buy. I know this hobby can get expensive quick, but this is a pretty modest price to pay to get all this and test the waters.

yes thats normal, it is most likely just the VTX heating up. Once you start flying and it gets airflow it will cool down 👍

I just bought this drone but camera angle is really hard to see where im going even in normal mode. when watching you fly how did you manage to know where you were with that angle of the camera. I took mine in the front yard and had my son watch to keep eye on it. I manage to fly it on the roof so yeah that was fun and I had this thing on normal. show I fly in acro for it to tilt enough where I can see where im going.

I have a question. I've had this drone for a couple weeks and love it. But why is it that whenever I perform a yaw spin the drone quickly loses altitude and will not recover until I stop performing the yaw spin? I have to throttle up when performing a yaw spin in order to maintain altitude which is really annoying. Is that normal? If not, is it fixable? I'm using the drone in S-mode if that matters.

I have no idea why but it had an error called "RX LOSS" right when it was taken out of the box which I'm not sure how to fix. I know it means something is wrong with the receiver but I just don't know how to replace it.

It means the transmitter hasnt binded with the drone yet you need to put the right stick to the bottome right corner and the left stick to the bottom left

You can record DVR footage but you wont be able to mount an action cam to this drone. maayybbeeeee an insta360 go. thats a big maybe.

How do you get the Betafpv radio to work with PC. I just bought the controller to practice on a simulator and it won't connect to my PC via usb? I bet you don't respond to questions though. You get the views but don't help for shit
