Hello. Good overview of the community. Once I drove through it, I knew this would be the next place I would call home. In your video at time stamp 20:02:00, is that a cemetery? I will be looking for this on Pond Street tomorrow. Now THAT is odd - to have a cemetery in between two houses. Can you provide more details on this, please?

It is a cemetery, yes! The Marston family cemetery, to be exact. I believe the tombstones date from the 1830s to the early 1900s, and it's the resting place for the family and those who lived and worked at Roslyn Farm.

Odd question, but some of the communities we are considering allow golf carts in the community to get around - not just on the golf course - is that the case in this community? We aren’t golfers but love the golf cart life haha!

We noticed this weekend while exploring that area that Urbanna is also a golf cart community. Sadly, Kingsmill is not.
