There is actually a bug, where you dont use any durability on your fishing rod, while fishing. Its really simple: When you caught a fish, and you do the animation of holding the fish, move the finishing rod in your inventory to another space and you wont use any durability

also doc you can get the professional fishing rod at the transport hub too(it not guarantee but you have a chance to get it), the first crate if remember correctly(unknown shipper crate)... but yes the drone quite expensive to build but worth it

you want to use the granade only when there is 1 fish left in the pound that way you get more fish

This is what I need! Its really helpful I was wondering why I haven't gotten any sturgeon yet while fishing I'll do some of your tips. Right now I'm utilizing mostly the raid buff to lower the noise. I've been refusing to purchase anything for months now unfortunately my berley and rod purchase before was used but in hunter's instinct but I still have the hat. I'll use it next time to hopefully help having my TF soon. Thanks doc 😊

Doc great coverage of the fishing! I have caught all except catfish & sturgeon . I use the armor one lots LOL it helps a lot in harder locations. I will have to check out wiki saee what all i dont have yet. Thanks for the video.

if you drop a grenade into the water if there is only 1 fish left ( don't do it if it is a sturgeon) you can get some more fish, you will get the fishes you alr. fished up and then some more from the grenade

legit only reason i don’t fish is u can’t bring buffs with you they don’t last long enough to really use them for anything effectively

The lower tier (bronze) fish can be that way, but silver and gold tier buff times are pretty good IMO, especially for clearing a single location or doing some farming.

If you want copious amounts of sturgeon using burley in the winter zone fishing spot coupled with the find rare fish buff and whatever % hunter perks your dogs have is probably the best. I usually wait to sync up the static fishing spot near base with a northern one to knock out 2 clearings 1 fish. Sometimes ill swing by the fishing tournament but the fish there suuuuuuck lol. We need more fish buffs imo almost 50% are useless

If I were to make a meal to increase the chances of getting a true friend dog, would I be supposed to eat it before breeding the dogs or before growing the dog? I can't find the answer anywhere if the dog traits already get locked in right after breeding or when they grow up?

On my f2p acc i like to set up bunker alfa floor 3 for the nade trick and then run back to base to use a tier 1 salmon for the 30%xp paired with 27% from my dogs companion buff and the healers 100% xp boost for a 157% total xp boost I then do the nade trick, i almost always get 1-2 lvls, you can use it for both normal and hard mode i think its the faste exp in the game next to putting $ in for xp buffs lol

Yeah, but the boosts are worth it. Plus you can start the craft for when you’ll need it or grinding, then use it, so you can make it work!
