„Human Baked Potatoes“ 😅. I‘m glad that i rode in 2019 from Mortagne au perche almost to Rambouillet with Joe. We had a nice conversation. As we reached the CP in Dreux in the middle of the night, the control was full of people in foil. I heard that funny definition of wrapped up randonneers the first time from himself. 😅. We had our Paris-Brest pastry together and an almost too long ditchnap. After that we rode the last 50 k into the dawn. An experience, i will never forget! Greetings to Joe.

Regan thank you so much for these video's. Although i am not doing PBP this year all of this information is fantastic. I am doing my first official 200km ride tomorrow here in Manitoba. I am both excited and envious but mostly excited. Trying to dial in my nutrition has been my biggest challenge.

All the best for your 200km. Fingers crossed you don’t encounter any snow ❄️. We are also doing our first local 200km tomorrow in Saskatchewan. Eating correctly on these long rides can be a challenge. Joe has lots of helpful advice for nutrition on the PBP. All the best with your riding

Great info for all you mad people. I live in Brittany, and agree with everything Joe has said, I would just add that every shop now will have 'sans contact' (for cards with a chip) We have become very use to no contact since the pandemic, . 99% of les Britons love cycling and cyclists so if they can help they will. And yes we expect to see human pomme de terre. Bon route.

@@reganarendse6157 Cheers, I'm a expat Australian, enjoying the riding here. So you may see me on the side of the road with flags and fruit cake. As you come passed our town.
