The reason why F1 don't race in Sepang anymore is because, obviously money problems, the amount of money the Malaysian government need to host the race is just way to expensive, the tickets price target is more for foreign spectators that local

Mugello is one of the best motorcycling circuits in the world, which is why it won't be all that good for F1. It works the same the other way around too. COTA is a good F1 circuit, but absolutely terrible for motorcycling.

sure Monaco has history but that's all it has going for it absolutely garbage circuit for proper racing and I couldn't give a crap if it was no longer on the calendar. Give me Istanbul, Imola, Mugello and Portimao any day, absolutely world class circuits. Half a calendar worth of races, but TBH the circuits are of much greater quality. Its only really missing Suzuka and maybe a couple of others for it to be perfect.

How's that? It was used by F1 less than a decade ago, unlike Zandvoort. Not to mention it is owned by Ferrari for F1. The track won't be given any changes as it is already FIA Grade 1 which is the certification to host F1 races.
