I felt there were too many interruptions when trying to explain something. Left me more confused. Oh well. I will read a book on it with no interruptions.

Sorry about that! Try Dave Van Horn's Note Investing book on Bigger Pockets.

This is the first video I watched on this subject . The information was presented with good detail for my learning style. The "interruptions" helped me understand better. I didn't see them as interruptions.

Is it best to get a real-estate agent license as a note or "paper" broker?
@DeRosaGroup Жыл бұрын
I don't think you need a brokers license to sell notes. They are just loans, not the real estate itself

Can you take over the home once you buy the note

I am challenging the ownership of the mortgage as the Propectus details many concealment against the borrower and land registry .. I haven’t paid for 4months now and only now they take me to court and are currently losing FYI

So what happens if the home owner can’t pay or is not willing to negotiate to stay in their home? Does it go to foreclosure? If so, buying a $50K note on a property worth $100K would make you sole owner if homeowner can’t pay note?
@DeRosaGroup4 жыл бұрын
Yes, if they can't/won't pay then you go to foreclosure and take the property worth 100K that you paid 50k for the lien on.

I wish Moskovits was allowed to speak. The other guy kept interrupting and repeating what we just heard

After just a few mins into it I had to stop and post this before I search to watch someone else’s cause of a lot of interruptions, it’s distracting.

I can’t watch this because every time your guest talks you interrupt him. Just talks over him. I appreciate the effort but slow it down next time.
