Gotta say, the blue drops from t2 are ruining it for me. That and being kicked from terror cause I wont tank the exploit. My t2 currency has been capped for over a week. I get better drops from t1.

i have dupe runes for some reason with diff levels. example bracelet ranged evasion lvl 15 and bracelet ranged evasion lvl 12. i thought they would fuse to make higher level runes

How do you get higher level runes？

you get higher runes by rune farming. You repeat the rune drops of the same item and it increases the level of whaty ou currently own. Example you have a green / common rune that has hit chance, keep farming the same rune type in adungeon and the hit will eventually permanately become blue as long as you start farming the higher level challenge dungeon.
