Why did you remove your Inkosi video series? It was a gem for me

I thought it was bad. But you will see the Inkosi again for sure.

Did you get your zaan? If so is the lock up better? Survive spine whacks?

I might answer your question in a video soon

because of the extreme tolerences you cannot have off centering.. that means your screws are not to tight enough.. your knife seems also to loose

Mine has been though a lot of stupid testing, keep that in mind.

Behind the edge on mine after some resharpenings is actually: 16 thou / 0,4mm, starts at about 20 thou / 0,5mm, out of se box
@anthonyb29903 жыл бұрын
Yours got thinner behind the edge with sharpening?? I thought that only happened on their deep hollow grind like on the 21
@megaronknives30323 жыл бұрын
@@anthonyb2990 it´s the same on the thicker grind. It´s still a hollow grind.
@anthonyb29903 жыл бұрын
@@megaronknives3032 Oh wow interesting I heard the Inkosi pretty much had a flat grind which is what turned me off of the knife, because the 21 and Zaan have a deep hollow grind so more blade life and gets thinner behind the edge with sharpening
@megaronknives30323 жыл бұрын
@@anthonyb2990 oh yeah it has. It´s just not as deep of grind, i know they said it´s almost flat but it´s not. Really, you will feel that when slicing. Especially with food cutting. Same as with the other ones. Sebenza and Zaan are better for cutting in my opinion and you get more sharpening sessions out of them. But still it takes a while to use up a CRK. Especially if it´s not the only knife you use.
