Just orderd my tamagatchi smart. Its the first tamagatchi to ever own since generation 5 came out. I dont know Japanese, but took one semester on the language. The fact that it will try to talk to you and wait for a response may actualy help me to learn and read Japanese and memorize some kanji or characters to the point of having no touble reasin hiragana or katakana and the meaning based off the context.

This is so informative!! But may I ask if you know, since the tamasmacard is limited to only 3 devices, does it apply to a single device too? Does this also mean that we can only download the data for a maximum of 3 times on the same device as well?

Hi, I believe it would be better to turn it on while charging as you can check the battery status like at 7:15. For maximum charging time, I think 2 hours at most, and that's only if it has really been exhausted. Otherwise, check in from time to time at the battery settings! I believe the only way to have received the 1996 smacard was to get it packaged with that specific Tamagotchi Smart watch. Some were/are selling it online for outrageous prices. Keep in mind that smacards only support a total of 3 uses, so beware if you purchase from someone online to verify whether or not it has been used previously.

Well, for now, it will feel a bit empty since those who have the 25th anniversary card are stuck with the one tamasmacard. But with the release of 5 TamaSmaCards (Nizoo, Sweets, Rainbow, Cosmetics, Gourmet) this and next month, I think we'll start to struggle to keep up with all the new content, haha. This was also the case with the Digimon Vital Bracelet. Still have tonnes of Digimons I haven't raised because of the sheer amount of releases.

I got the white Niziu version of this. My only gripe so far is that the white color gets discolored SUPER FAST. I'm not sure how to properly clean this, but not sure why it became discolored in the first place as I do not handle it with dirty hands. Maybe just use, but mine is only a month old.

You can also install one card into the device at the time, it overwrites if you install another!

Good morning guys would it be interesting if we had a tamagotchi connection remake? All of the Tama fans are emailing Bandai America to get these rereleased or even remade with aspects of the on like a back lit screen. The connections are a whole lot of fun and they even allow your tama to go to pre school, school gets a job and evolves based upon care and their attributes! It would be also cool if somehow they brought back tama town but an app version of course free but, micro payments can be in the game for certain characters or energy points for your tama to play in tama town. Bandai have been paying attention to our emails, and they have been very responsive. If we all email them and let them know maybe we can get a rerelease or even better a revamped version.

Hi, thank you so much! I use After Effects for any graphic animations, and the overall video edit is done in Premiere Pro. I edit all my graphics to be transparent in Photoshop! For my camera, I just use my regular old phone camera, but film with an app called OpenCamera which helps me control how the video looks more precisely. The most important thing is lighting. I have 2 cheap ring lights and one clip-on light to create a faux 3-point lighting setup! You'll be surprised how much better the video looks on a camera with enough light! The screen on the Smart is very slightly larger than the Meets. It will be closer to a 4U! That's the screen protector I used when this was released.

There’s an aftermarket card you can buy and plug in that will patch the smart in English for you. It resets your smart entirely but you get it in English forever

I would highly recommend sticking a screen protector IMMEDIATELY. Bandai screens always scratch easily so I slapped one on before I even turned on the camera. 😂😂

How long does the battery last?

It will vary depending on usage amount. I think you could easily drain your battery within 2 days when you first start off since you're busy looking at all the new features. If you're only checking in to feed it and clean it up, I think you could go over a week!

You'd have to swipe the screen to the right to go out the door. If you swipe the main screen to the left, you'll get to the clock faces instead.

It's never too late! New cards are coming out all the time now. 😊 I heard some people use their Nintendo Switch dock, if you happen to have one. I'd say keep a close eye on it if you use your own adapter! Better safe than sorry.

I have mixed feelings....I am very happy Tamas are very loved and used in Japan but I am very sad that here we don't get them 😢. I'm not ungrateful because I love the pix I just got. But I have always wanted what Japan has. These Tamas are so cool. 🔥 Do only kids play with Tamas in Japan? Because I an adult loveee Tamas I always have. This reminds me of when I really wanted those cute pink and purple Tamas that had a heart on them, 10 year old me would have loved the girly design 💜. I ordered a pix and an on, I've only played with the pix and I love it, it's adorable, the on hasn't gotten here yet but I can't wait to play with it.
