Ive had my data leaked to a third party now 3 times, no solicitor wants to help me, can I go independently to ICO and file my complaints? The data was also used against me with another's medical data which was placed on my data, the housing body refuses to deal with my concerns and even their data officer did not respond to my evidence. Can ICO help me and the other of which we both have evidence of shared data and emails admitting to their errors, now im understanding that a recent data share with a utilluty company without my permission. Its a subject companies do not want to address or be accountable for sloppy dealings and lack of knowledge. Thank you for this information ..

Can I enquire...in regards to the current situation. If I explain I am exempt from the wearing of a face covering...can I be challenged and forced to explain why..as this is disclosing personal information about my health? Just confirm my own beliefs.

That is an entirely different topic however if an employee of the government or other government official (e.g police) asks why you are not wearing a mask you have to explain why as you would be breaking the law for not wearing one without being exempt. I would make it clear to them that you are exempt because of the hefty fines that are given if you refuse to wear one. This also depends on where you live. "Those who have an age, health or disability reason for not wearing a face covering should not be routinely asked to give any written evidence of this, this includes exemption cards. No person needs to seek advice or request a letter from a medical professional about their reason for not wearing a face covering. Some people may feel more comfortable showing something that says they do not have to wear a face covering. This could be in the form of an exemption card, badge or even a home-made sign.
