Sounds like we lucked out! We moved to the area a couple years ago, and literally found 1 property in middle TN that met our needs - in College Grove! We slipped in just before the big boom so we got a great deal. The location is amazing. We love it here.

Great video and your analysis is spot-on. Lot of homes in 37046 have appraised 80-100% in just 2 years. Do you think they will hold value better than other booming places in case of corrections.

I think all of Williamson County should be pretty safe even if the market slows down and corrects itself.
