Sir HUF was a good instument in earlier days. But now in practicle life as most of family have dispute. In that case HUF file property always becomes a disputed assect. It cant be desolve easily. I couldnot find any dissoveled HUF file case in my town. So in long term we creat a disputed assect through HUF File.

The deed is to be made on a stamp paper or you can get the franking done for the similar value. Stamp duty is a state subject so depends on the address of HUF. In Maharashtra it is Rs. 100. Notarization is not required.

Sir kindly clear that one huf of six members including Karta is to submit only one ITR or separate six ITRs . Also clear that if everyone has income of 12 lacs p.a whether it will be calculated total as 72 lacs for one huf and incometax will be calculated for 12 lacs.

HUF has its seperate PAN card and one ITR will be filed on it. Karta or members whoever have their income taxable will file their ITR on their respective PAN seperately.
