The sand kingdom painting didn’t appear because u were in night metro. Because when go to early metro with a CRC (cappy return cancel) its starts at day metro. If he went to late sand at day metro we would’ve been able to do it.

No, Mario didn't triger the loading zone because de point of sucage is yo strong that Teleported Mario to the point were he is actually in the tower and his hitbox is smaller than him so he didn't interact and got Teleported out of the tower
