I finished reading the manga some days ago and I must say it was utterly great, knowing the past of some characters, the moment when you realize almost every person in this manga was in a grayscale of moral values, Barma is a respectful simp, I never thought those words would be in the same sentence, Jack as a villain and Glen as the real hero was pretty interesting. Uncle Oscar is one of the best fathers in the anime :c, Elliot and Break their sacrifice will never be forgotten, I really love this masterpiece.

It was the summer of 2010, that spring was the first time i was allowed my own computer I had discovered youtube for real and started getting good videos reccomended. This one new thing i hadnt heard of before "AMV" I cant recall the title but it was something relating to Alice. I remember when I went to the library for the first time, I was looking at the manga section and passed by Pandora Hearts. The title didn’t really sound very interesting so I ignored it and went over to other mangas, like Blue Exorcist. My mom came to the library with me and didn’t like how Blue Exorcist sounded and instead suggested Pandora Hearts. I saw the Blue Exorcist anime so I was more familiar with Blue Exorcist and my mom would’ve allowed me to check it out even if she didn’t like how Blue Exorcist sounded. But to make my mom happy, I went with Pandora Hearts. I loved the story and I had checked out like 6 books in one go as that was how much books you were allowed to get. Unfortunately I never got to finish it as when covid hit I had to return all the books. I tried to watch the anime but it seemed weird so I didn’t finish it. (Though the soundtrack and opening are all amazing.) I tried to read it online but never found out what chapter I left off. Anyways that’s my first ever manga story. Thanks to my mom because if my she never suggested it I wouldn’t have given it a try and absolutely loved the manga. Still haven’t finished, but I heard it’s gonna get sadder and exciting so I look forward to it. I’m thinking of trying to find the chapter I was on and keep going, wish me luck. ❤️

It is a beautiful story ! I also discovered Pandora Hearts thanks to my mother. She was looking for an anime that we could watch with my sister and she found Pandora Hearts on KZbin. It was 9 years ago. I fall in love with the story, the characters and the philosophy and asked my parents to buy me the manga and the DVD. Still Today I never found a manga as beautiful as Pandora Hearts (maybe Umineko but that is the only one). Pandora Hearts is associated with beautiful memories and it really helped me to growth.
