EVERYWHERE BETA - The Zero Code Building Game by Leslie Benzies

EVERYWHERE is an up-and-coming Zero Code Building Game developed and published by Build A Rocket Boy Studio, the Game Development Studio established by former Rockstar North President Leslie Benzies.
Currently in Beta access, EVERYWHERE allows it's players to create their own experiences, known as "Arcs", without the need of coding knowledge. Players can also socialize, explore and play others Arc's, either by themselves or with others.

Eu até que gostei doq vi, só que as pessoas esperavam um GTA6 e não lembro de terem falado que isso seria um concorrente de GTA. Pelo menos não por parte dos desenvolvedores 😅

Yeah, a lot of people were for some reason expecting a direct competitor to GTA when we didn't even know any details about the game.

@@joaodasilva4174 eu acho que o Mindseye pode TENTAR a vim ser um concorrente, mas de fato bagunçaram as informações e colocaram como se Everywhere fosse o jogo Triple A. É só vc ir no site da Everywhere e verá que está escrito que Mindseye é um jogo Triple A, enquanto EW é um jogo de construção e não fala nada sobre um jogo ser dentro do outro

Oh I think I peep the play 🤨 Basically this game is the mod community in one game. You create everything from scratch so there is no reason to make mods in the first place. It smells like a Fortnite S Plus but with deeper integration. I smell flop within first six months of release. 3 months of hype cringe videos with crazy subtitles, way too zoomed in edits, over reacting with criticism fake outrage while others might have fair criticisms. But the industry is a pattern this thing is no GTA 6 competitor but I feel GTA 6 might be underwhelming or have more focus on online content than single player causing an uproar. However with the success of Elden Ring and GOW I doubt they will skip out on DLC Content long comment but you had time to read it 😂

It'll definitely be difficult for them to find footing with this for sure. I don't see many people being in the market for a zero coding all creativity game builder in a game, but I guess time will tell if it'll find an audience or not. I doubt GTA 6 will be underwhelming, while R* have shown they've become the stereotypical company they parodied in the previous titles, they're still excellent at making games, RDR2 is an excellent example of that. I still would've loved a GTA competitor, it would've been interesting to see what Benzies and his team could create, especially if they leaned more towards the RP aspect of things like some early speculators suggested.

I'm not writing it off yet, but it'll have a huge uphill battle. They aren't doing so well at the moment.

theres no coding, so nothing ground breaking can be made.... games like that all failed ( project spark from microsoft comes to mind )

bro, I just played Everywhere right now, and the game is horrible. The graphics are horrible. The character movement looks like a PS1 game. The vehicle/racing physics are terrible. The character creation is too limited (you have literally 2 shirts to chose, and both are ugly). Exploring Utropia (the Hub-City) is boring and everything is too far away. This game is worst than Fortnite. I'm so sad, I waited so much time for this game, and now when I can finally play it I realise its nothing what I expected. The art style makes the game feel like a PS2 game, but it runs slower than Cyberpunk on my PC. I have a RTX 2060 Super, and it runs like 20 FPS with everything on low. IMO this game can't be saved for me. Maybe for kids it will have a market, but for me this game is already dead.

It's still in really early beta, give it time to cook. The graphics definitely have issues, like the intense blurriness of distant objects, but otherwise they're pretty comparable to the style of Fortnite. The movement animations can certainly bug out at times, but I didn't notice anything off about it, it was pretty smooth in my experience. The vehicle physics were jarring, I'll agree there, but that's why they released this beta, to get feedback on these things! Fortnite is an already established, fully-fleshed game, this is still in-dev. Don't lose hope for it yet, and use the in-game bug report and feedback features! I reported a bug and got a response within an hour. The devs seem to be well engaged with their community and the feedback they receive :)
