I'm glad Eteri finally talked about Evgenia's leadership qualities and that Eteri had nurtured that quality in her. Every child needs to leave the nest someday, Eteri should be proud that she has been so influential in a young woman's life who wants to make her mark on the world. When emotions settle, I hope Eteri and Evgenia will be able to make amends.

And for me her skating was much more emotional than alinas , yes alinas skating was a lttle bit more difficult but i did jot feel any emotion when i watched her skate.

Zhenya has potential to be an international celebrity. She will also increase popularity of womens figure skating in N America .She has HUGE earning potential in many avenues. Lets be honest, she has more personality than any Russian athlete ever. Shes genuine and lovable and yet a disciplined fierce competitor. She will be a pop star here in N America. I suggest they cast her as black widows long lost little sister in an upcoming AVENGER movie. Just watch and see . This girl is a star.

I hope that Zhenya will be healthy completely from now and i cant wait to see her program in the next season. Changes are good and she has made the best decision ever. She is strong and she knows clearly what she has to do from now on to improve herself and keep up with the younger rivals. I believe that Papa Orser and his team will find out the best way to bring out Zhenya's inner potential cuz i know she's more talented and promising than how she is now. Of course there are a lot of difficult things for them cuz this is the hardest challenge for both Orser and Zhenya when they have to restart again but they are absolutely capable of those. Orser will definitely know how to help Zhenya with her technical mistakes, skating skills, transitions just as how he helped 17 years-old Yuzuru in the past and Yuzuru now will somehow help Zhenya improve her artistic side in the programs as well as how to become a strong-mental skater like him. Wish Zhenya all the best from now on!

Why is the good sis Eteri so pressed? You'd think someone confident in their acomplishments would not try to constantly throw shade to her former's student's current coach but to me she seems mad and insecure. I imagine Zhenya leaving the group probably has had a great impact in her and the rest of her students who always looked up to her. Now she is stuck with Alina and Darya Panenkova in seniors which is not very promising. Oh well, I'm sure Orser is unbothered by all of this and will be poppin' the champagne in June when the new scoring system benefits his skaters.

Well she has Trusova, Kostornaya and Scherbakova almost ready to shine, so I think not only Medvedeva but also Zagitova will have to give their best from now on. The new wave of ice skaters is AMAZING!!!

itheunknown They are amazing. I never watched the juniors before but Kosto and Sasha are true stars. I don't think they'll last much under Eteri though. Now she only has Alina (16 years old) in seniors and I think having her undivided atention on her it's going to bring her a lot of problems (I hope I'm wrong because I really like her too)

Trusten Baker well i hope so but i don't think so. last season she skated clean both of her programs only in europeans and olympics. zhenya was there and everyone expected her to win. you could easily see alina was more relaxed when she didn't have to get the gold because in the worst case there was zhenya, everyone's fave who can get the gold for russia. but in every grand prix and worlds she was incredibly nervous because she was the russian who had to get the gold, people were expecting her to win. after recent events, eteri will be more strict, now lots of russians want alina to win over zhenya, so there is pressure more than ever. i want her to be fine but i don't think she can deal with this pressure.

Well do yall think Evgenia won the gold? I mean I was all for her, and wanted her to win. I didn't even particularly like Alina, I do now however, but not because of the gold. I just know her better. But honestly I didn't think Evgenia won the gold, I thought Alina did, and she did.

что бы ни говорили, тутберидзе пополнила ряды тренеров, 2 ученика которых стояли на олимпийском пьедестале, в числе которых Марина Зуева (Вирту/Мойр, Дейвис/Уайт), Брайан Орсер (Ханю, Фернандес). И она уже вписала свое имя в историю фк. а тем, кто величает медведеву "великой", надо бы помнить, что таковой ее сделала тутберидзе со своей командой.

Канадская танцевальная пара ВМ ушли от своего тренера после серебра Сочи, когда золото завоевали их конкуренты по группе, а на этих ОИ выиграли у французов ПС. По поводу французов тоже ходят слухи, что они сменят тренера в этом сезоне, посмотрим. Трагедию в нашем случае раздули тупые фанатики и журналисты, возведя всё в степень.

Можем только догадываться.) Но конфликт интересов по факту имел место, верхушка этого айсберга просачивалась наружу, но всё это смогли не превратить в фарс. Женя совсем завралась. Сказала бы как есть, что сильно расстроилась из-за второго места, что не может видеть рядом человека к которому проиграла, что хочет сменить обстановку... Нет блин целые сказки про травмы, то нога, после нет не нога, а спина... Травмы никакой не было выходит, психологически сломалась. А не прыгала на шоу, чтобы наказание от ИСУ не получить за пропуск ЧМ без уважительной причины. Нет я не уйду, хватит сплетничать, я 100% остаюсь, это мой тренер навсегда, после оказывается что это был пиз...дешь, что уже велись переговоры с канадцем... Короче ДОМ 2. Хотя в ФК это не новость, та же Сотникова всем говорит, что она не ушла из спорта, а Плющенко утверждает, что он ее тренирует. Вопрос, зачем??? Почему нельзя говорить все напрямик. Они что на суде?)) Как им повредит правда?! Может у спортсменов просто потеря реальности, они настолько приучены побеждать, что сама мысль слабости их приводит в ужас, может они себя обманывать, как бы психологическая защита?!

Евгения Железнова Да, человеку свойственно врать. Но у этой лжи череда последствий, которые ей же делают хуже. Ставка на краткосрочную прибыль от лжи, это глупо. Пришла бы и сказала бы как есть, после бы самой Жене было бы лучше, возможно даже вернуться назад, если не пошло бы там. Никаких скандалов не было бы, если сказала бы как есть тренеру. А теперь будут пересекаться на турнирах и это будет вызывать дополнительную нервотрепку, напряженность. А оно нужно спортсмену?! Короче все вышло не по-людски, подлость и малодушие дорого обошлись, при этом не принесли никакую выгоду.
