Regarding first cause, I'm not seeing the difference between the nonreligious saying "The Universe always existed and therefore needs no cause" and the religious saying "God always existed and therefore needs no cause". Can you clarify this for me? If the Universe needed a cause, which you declare to be God, then why doesn't God need a cause? It just seems like a modernization of the old "Turtles all the way down" argument.

All top-down origin scenarios (gods or the like first) necessarily include the infinite regression issue. It cannot be defined away without engaging a special pleading fallacy. This means that there can be no 'intelligent first cause', no 'supreme being', no 'omni-everything uncaused deity'. Bottom-up origin scenarios (quantum fields or something similar first) can work because quantum theory, supported by innumerable objective empirical experiments, has shown that there are hard limits to how small and simple things can be. All of our verified objective empirical evidence supports a cosmos that is built from the bottom up, none of it supports a cosmos built from the top down. Magic isn't objectively real.

- Necessary cause even if assumed to be such cannot in turn be asserted to be intelligent. Using the finite regress principle, there has to be an uncaused original entity. Given that the observable universe appear to follow a process of gradual and increasingly sporadic growth of complexity, that original entity is overwhelmingly more likely to be an ultimate and universal simplicity (such as primordial substance or state), and not an ultimate, superordinate, intelligent being. - The universe is not fine-tuned at all. All the properties of the universe are emergent, meaning that it is sandbox in which the variety of physical entities emerge via gravitational and energetic interactions, and in which the weaker unstable entities dissolve and scatter to feed the formation of the stable entities. These remaining stable entities then produce new laws and constants via their own interactions. Ultimately, all laws and constants brach out of the foundational values, - the speed of light and the gravitational constant - which in turn can be the mirror-image products of the same root potential of the primordial state; One represented by a vector, another represented as a scalar. - Exploring the planetary conditions for the existence of life is meaningless, and bringing up more such conditions into analysis simply narrows the life being estimated closer to the form of life we're familiar with. Some form of life can exist almost anywhere based on what adaptations are present in its nature. Just because out planet happened to being able to support life does not make it in any way special except for our own egos, given the astonishing variety of conditions that the universe can create on the infinite worlds spread throughout itself. - Abiogenesis is pretty much proven possible and plausible, and its a matter of further research to figure out the conditions for its occurence on Earth. The hallmark of intelligent design is efficiency (i.e. functional simplicity), not complexity. Complexity is a hallmark of nature, where many features of the entity may appear excessive, redundant, lacking or even vestigial. An intelligent designer today can take any of the biological systems and find ways to improve it in various ways, which as a whole discards the idea of intelligent design of life. Life appears to follow more of a procedural generation algorithm, which in terms of biological science is analogous to mutation and natural selection. - Darwin have explained the origin of species. All of your claims about missing links are plain baseless assertions coming from ignorance about the developments of science. Religion is a system of stagnation, and humanity cannot progress if it gets stuck in the belief systems of its ancient founders. It blinded you to the new information and inquiry, thus you present the same old arguments of the same apologists for the same religious doctrine, and unwilling to accept the fact, that all these arguments have been debunked and refuted at least a decade ago.
