In the civil court case the defendant admitted that the 7/12 revenue record is in his name but the possession of the land has not been given to me by the plaintiff since the date of purchase (1998 to 2024) and on that and some other points exb 120.exb 125. exb 126.exb127 was given. So does the plaintiff have to pay to prove that he is in possession in the court? Also what is the act in law for the defendant admitted the fact. Sir I requested you I if you know any suprem court judgement on same matter share the appel no..thanks

मेने भरण पोषण के जवाब के साथ मेडिकल दस्तावेज की फोतोकपी पेश की थी। बिच मे मे कूछ दस्तावेज को एग्जिबिट करवा दिया था कूछ रह गये । मेने अपने बयान के समय बाकी बचे उन्हे एग्जिबिट कराने की कोशिश की विपक्षी वकील ने कहा हम आप से जो पुछ रहे हे उसे ही बताये ओर बाकी बचे हुये दस्तावेज के बारे मे कूछ भी नही पुछा क्रॉस पुरा कर लिया। क्या हो सकता हे । क्या बाकी दस्ताबेज का महत्व नही रहा केस मे

मेडिकल दस्तावेज की ओरिजिनल कॉपी एग्जीबिट होगी या फिर अनुमति प्रार्थना पत्र लगाना होगा फोटोकॉपी को एग्जीबिट करवाने हेतु यदि प्रार्थना पत्र स्वीकार हो जाता हैं तो एग्जीबिट हो जाएगी अन्यथा नहीं

Sir Shall be indebted if may resolve two' queries of mine as asked hereunder 1. Where to endorse the exhibit on a document with red ink i.e. on the top of the document or in the mid of the page or in the last of the document on blank space? 2. Does the exhibit of docs happens during the evidence only or such exhibits is required to mention at the initial stages of a suit i.e. while filing a plaint or written statement parties relies upon various docs and they annex the same during the main petition or application?

Sir...in order to exhibit the document as a part of evidence, Do we need to submit the original document in court till final order or simply we have to display the original before court to verify it and take the originals back. I am being forced by court to submit original without any acknowledgement. Thanks
