Is that consistent with Ambers story or Johnny and Deuters? 9 March 2015 - Amber and her sister both say that Johnny repeatedly hit Amber and was aggressive towards Whitney and that Amber hit Johnny to protect her sister. He denies violence towards either. Johnny’s Nurse Debbie Lloyd was in the flat and texted the next day “Good thing he called or they would have hurt each other. We had to physically restrain both of them.' Johnny’s on tape saying Travis (his bodyguard) pulled him off Amber. If only Amber was violent why would she and he have said that? August 2015. The Eastern and Oriental Express in South East Asia. Amber says Johnny hit and pushed her against a wall by the throat causing her to fear for her life. Johnny did not recall either him or Amber being violent in his evidence. In an audio recording, Johnny said “Since Australia we've been on our honeymoon other than the fact that we had a fight on the train, which was physical...”. Again who’s evidence is that more consistent with? May 21 2016 Amber says JD threw the phone at her face hard. He denies this. JD’s witness Laura Divenere says in a recording that AH had a red and swollen face not long after. Officer Saenz observed reddening on Ms Heard's cheek but attributed this to crying. Photographs that day of Amber with an injury to her eye timed just after the security cameras show Johnny left so not enough time to put makeup on. IT expert testified that the Photos have not been altered for time or data, edited or otherwise manipulated. The photographs were taken in different lighting conditions and that is a good reason why what can be seen differs from one to another While Johnny was detoxing on his Island he alleges Amber withheld medication he needed (which would amount to torture if true). His Nurse Debbie Lloyd’s notes show that he got the medication he needed. Sending as text describing his Detox Johnny write of Amber “It was an exercise of monumental patience and instinct . . It was Amber and Amber only that got me through this”. So what does the evidence show?

Nowhere in these recordings, when he is grilling her about being violent, does she say, "yeah, but you hit me too." Which of course she would have, in private, where a person can't very well deny completely what he did. She would have thrown it in his face. Abusers are almost always repeat offenders. So essentially amber is saying that he became an abuser after many years of relationships where he has been peaceful and non violent. It's ludicrous. She is relying on her gender to indicate she's the victim and not the aggressor hoping for the judicial system as well as the public at Large to be prejudiced by applying stereotypes. Amber is clearly a liar. Not to mention her connection of a personal/social nature to the judge in the libel case. It makes me sick that a judge who is supposed to be impartial to both sides in the case could be so unprofessional and then so obvious about it. He was clearly influenced in some way to chose in her favor by his social connection to her. Because all the evidence points to her being the abuser. It's a damn shame that social status or social connections is taking precedence over being guilty.

She and her PR are pushing this victim B.S to the public and Amber the woman who said this is not about the money is now going to earn 33 thousand dollars to give speeches on ABUSE and then her legal team will use this in the court room just like in U.K to show the jury all the wonderful things she is doing for MEETOO and TIMESUP. I say this is just an acting job for her to pretend being a victim with fake tears. First she will do the scene in front of the mirror and then her cohort friends to see if she's believable. She lost all credibility so it doesn't matter what the courts or PR or fake media say.

This is so incredibly disturbing. I am a survivor of domestic violence, and although majority of cases, like mine, involve men abusing women, women most certainly can be abusers. The recording of the two of them talking says everything. Also, the decline in Jonny’s acting and personality speaks volumes. Amber seems unaffected because she was the abuser. The abuser’s life is unchanged as they are in control. God bless Jonny and may this woman get the help she needs and stay away from relationships.

Justice for Johnny Depp! I normally dont like cut and paste technique.. Cos it can be taken out of context. But, in this case, I know that this clip actually shows the truth in 5 minutes. Because I`ve seen it all. All in context. And hours of audio tapes, testimonies, trial scripts and so on... There is nothing that makes me question his innocent. So, hopefully, in the end, justice will be served.
