I think this is my favorite corruption week of all the existing weeks ever made. Something about MM winning just makes so much sense and it feels so fulfilling to actually see it happen. I love this week! It's definitely around the top of my list. Didn't even have to be amazing well done or super complex or complicated to be, well... awesome! Completely and utterly awesome!

I'm a little late to this but I have a theory about this. Idk if this is confirmed but when bf is in corrupted a lot he starts singing lines from picos songs. Maybe it could be that once you are uncorrupted a bit and are slightly concious, you only remember everything before you were corrupted. Kinda like time suddenly skipping toward the second you are fully corrupted to when your uncorrupted in your eyes. Therefore, boyfriend still thinks he’s rap battling pico until he is able to see Mearest.

I think the corruption has to reach it's final evolution to be able to enter nexus mode. After all, it's pretty clear that the corruption is and was evolving to get to that point. This still seems to be pretty early on so I don't think the corruption is able to enter that mode yet. (There's also the possibility that this version of the corruption just doesn't have it just like reimagined.)

The Nexus mode isn't capable of corrupting anyone, it's sole purpose is to eradicate it's opponent, and since the Dearest family is invincible, that would be useless

Nexus mode can't corrupt. Nexus mode is meant to be a killing state, where corruption is no longer possible. And that would have made things easier for Mommy mearest as one good strike and BF would have been fully uncorrupted.
