We never had a neighbor below us, but when we did I made sure to be quiet when they were home. She was cool and told me that she mostly sleeps out, that if we're loud she's never home to hear it.

Opinion time of someone not very qualified to give it: I love this! This is solidly entertaining. It's a really cool spin on the way you tell stories. It's not too long, not too short. It's captivating. It's a story I've heard already from you, yet I still had to watch the whole thing. Only criticisms are that it feels a little clunky. Probably because it's a new project. Pilots are always a little rough around the edges. I'm not sure if it's the pacing? Going from dramatic and dreary tones and then to your animated and lighthearted narrations? Either way, I think this is awesome and I hope you continue tweaking the formula and growing the series!
