I'm a hunter Ash main for 3 reasons: 1. I like his ability: He can exorcise demons from survivors. 2. *THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELLS YOU* 3. Range: I like his double barrel damage.

Nice video! I love seeing tierlists. I only play as Hunter Ash, Support Ash, Scotty and David - therefore I don't know much about the others. I feel the need to say this though: as far as the first three survivors I mentioned go, you nailed the placement! They truly belong in the S tier. Now when it comes to David, I beg to differ. He is not A tier. Not even close. Let's just say Davids abilities are great on paper. In practice it's a whole different story. Trust me, if one played as him a lot they would understand.

You guys did Blacksmith and Pablo dirty. They can team heal almost as well as any other support. They should be up a tier. Was placing David so high meant to be a joke? He is as bad as the other two. Your first intention was to rightfully place him lower but then you got corrupted haha.

I agreed totally with this tier list,but i think wash is s a tier,is my main,with the right build,potion recovery,tougher than hell,and lights and heavys buffed if u wanna go one handed with chainsaw, preferly go two handed,but the chainsaw i know everyone hates It but i think is god against warlord pupp and baal excepting against his basics because its imposible to hit heavys to them,the potion when u p5 him give a lot of atributes and bonus 5% in everything,is the best p5 bonus,u really need to p5 to feel his crazy power, is really hard to get downed,he can spam finisher on objectives on hard matches and recovery shield,im p5 wash p5 Henry 03 scotty and p2 mía,my BEST damages with wash and scotty was 200k,with the difference of wash is most tanky and also most hard to get down,my damage with henry is 140k and mía 150k,i think mía is the worst warrior,my main is necro,if use necro on objectives and there is wash Henry and mía i definitely go for mía,in my opinión,the thing is wash is the most hard warrio,because is very important when u decide to use ur potion with caution or spam It all as u can,good video man! Thats just my opinión,i definitely agree with hunters support and leaders,i think scotty is also tier s,but Henry b cause even of his hability is the worst warrior on book,but still better than mía,but no than wash Who is tanky and do good damage at the same time.Btw my english is a bit bad idk if i explained nice xd,and blacksmith is to much better than Pablo,he can also create amullets with the same % as Pablo,with the difference of blacksmith with industrial strenght can literally have 2000 health and a bit more,also being the best support on book,and amullets give damage to,and Next of last update im sure blacksmith hability was buffed

Really accurate tier list, except DAVID!!!! He's a C or low B tier character for glaringly obvious reasons: 1. Nail gun mastery - not only does this mastery do nothing to enemies, but it's also a huge liability for your teammates (stun locking, wasting special ammo for hunters). 2. TWO(!) of his abilities have a 120s cooldown - because his level 25 passive is tied to his active ability. 3. Using his active ability requires everyone to stay in one small area for a long time, can't lower fear on the move. 4. Baal has a passive ability that is way stronger than David's Beacon. As a result, while at the objectives, your fear will passively increase regardless, even if David uses his Beacon and everyone stays inside it. 5. Boosted beacon is useless against power possessed units - they can harass you for 2 minutes inside your own Beacon. Let alone the fact that power possession has an 80s cooldown vs David's 120s. 6. Boosted beacon is useless against Plaguebringer - her units recover a lot more energy per attack than you can drain. To top it off, she has the cauldron which is a thousand times stronger than David's Beacon. A good plaguebringer will harass you indefinitely. At the book phase, the fat elite units hit everything with their heavies - the book and survivors - so that means free energy recovery. 7. Energy drain is useless against Baal - he has a passive ability that generates a lot of energy depending on how feared the survivors are. He will spawn unit after unit after unit whether you use your Beacon or not. 8. No matter which demon you play as, once you invest some skill points in Possession during a match, David won't be able to do anything. Even a warlord with 3 points in possession can survive inside Beacon's aura for a long time if they aren't dumb. 9. If you trigger a trap or a random A.I. unit shows up and the demon possesses that, Beacon won't save you. 10. Soda Pop is way too situational - you need to use it during a fight and when people are at around 70% hp. In any other scenario you will lose value: defense buff doesn't stack so if you are forced to use multiple colas because the demon tunnels you're losing value; if the teammates are too injured and you heal them, the defense buff won't do much so you're losing value; if you're healing outside of a fight there's no one there to damage you so you're losing value. 11. Beacon is interrupted very often. If Baal uses his illusion ability and possesses ANY OF THE SURVIVORS, you'll get interrupted too. Yes, we all absolutely adore David (ok no, only I and a couple others do), but that doesn't mean his kit is good :)

I think people put David higher (myself and Wet included) just because of his soda pop ability. The fact that he can immediately grant HUGE resistance in a fight. Most sweaty comps co-ordinate, so builds are purely for either damage or balance bar/MOI. Some players don't min-max their builds and do not see the value of his Shemp, but when a co-ordinated team (Like Ruby, Scotty, SAsh, for example) pick David, it cuts a precise corner that gives warriors, leaders etc. 3 extra skill points to play with absolutely. In terms of his placement with healers, he is better than Smith and Pablo, but worse than Cheryl. His soda pop grants so much more utility than other characters, 20+ percent for EVERYONE on the team? And talking about his nailgun mastery, sure it's a team wiper, but if you are going against a plague, the nail gun will pop that sucker in no time with the right team and comms. His beacon is mid, agreed. But it has it's niche (like getting caught in the open with a plague etc.) but his Shemp ability alone puts him higher due to the sheer utility. He's still weaker than the others, but if co-ordinated teams want to role-play as tanks with a Ruby, they can. Hope this clears up some things.

@@itho95 I have enough points to maximize both damage (except the last word perk) and balance bar damage as well as tougher than hell and I'm not prestige 1 yet with my warriors. I don't think David being able to give some characters 3 extra skill points is that impactful. Also, the fact that others like Ruby boost the sh*t out of him doesn't make DAVID a good character. This doesn't count. I wouldn't put David one tier below the S tier characters knowing they make a waaaay better job than him. The gap is simply too great. Boosted Beacon is actually subpar - unless it's a level 3 warlord, so really early match, his abilities do nothing. Everyone says that he can get rid of Eligos and Henrietta, but this only works if 1/5 skill points were invested into Boss, so the demon shouldn't be above level 10. Anyway: why wait 30s-2mins to drain the boss when your team can wipe them out in 5 seconds? This ability has ABSOLUTELY NO UTILITY if the demon KNOWS what he is doing - that is not possessing units before collecting enough energy. People say that the game shouldn't be balanced around bad survivors. Why balance David's Beacon around incompetent demons then? The only way Nail Gun Mastery could do any MEANINGFUL damage is if you have 2 leaders and the David spends 6-9 skill points maximizing his ranged. And of course this will be very short-lived, the nail gun mastery is incredibly ammo inefficient.

@@Derrek44 From speaking to other demon mains, they have found the infernal energy drain to be an annoyance. The Shemp resistance is a great team wide utility and offers both a heal and resistance during combat. You mention wastage etc, but Shemps are never in a short supply when in a premade. By all means disagree, but this is where he is our view :)

David can really capitalise on one small mistake that the demon can make as Wet said in that example. The rest of his kit is pretty good too, getting free damage reduction on top of a heal is great too :)

Amanda gets unlimited ammo on her ability, with a boomstick you can fire one shot, and then activate ability. If you just shoot boss or any possession when your ability is activated you melt the boss or any unit. It's basically a HAsh Exorcism and saves a lot of valuable long gun ammo.

Just had a 3 minute long fight against a smoking puppeteer basic unit as David. He didn't run out of infernal energy whatsoever even when I used the gasoline and he was standing inside it the whole time. Good thing I had a shotgun and killed him with damage. Pointless abilities. This survivor= BIG NONO👎

Pup is an outlier in terms of possession though. If the unit was 'smoking' then it was a power possession which means there is no initial 'cost' to possessing a unit. Second, the pup could have had many of the possession skills which directly counter David. Skills like possession extension max (which basically means it costs nothing to stay within the unit), infernal energy on hit maxed (3 energy per hit, so if a double heavy hits you that's 6 free energy on one attack) and lastly pup units are mobile, so they can simply dodge out of the fire aura and wait since they likely have the possession skills I mentioned. If you were off on your own, you were dead, David or not. His ability works best with a hunter comp, as they can kill the unit faster and the fire worsens their initial possession economy on possession (i.e. when a unit gets possessed, there is the initial cost of possession, and then their energy goes down, depending on their skills and Demon Points), so David bleeds them slowly with his passive, but his Soda pop then works because if the unit is plague and doing loads of abilities, they need to heavy/basic attack to stay in the unit, if not they're dead from the fire. It also works well on objectives, as most demons will summon a horde and then the boss, leaving maybe only 100 energy in the tank, meaning David's ability also works against them there too.

@@itho95 So his ability is useless against puppeteer. He will always have power possession thanks to his much shorter cooldown. But there are other demons who don't care about energy either. From my experience Baal has a gigantic economy. And doesn't plaguebringer recover energy simply by attacking too? Who am I supposed to use David's ability against then? Mathematically speaking, David's ability is really underwhelming too: 30s x 0.5 energy increase per sec = only 15 infernal energy cost increase, and that is if they stay inside the fire the whole time, while demon's energy pool is around 300 so good luck with that. And about the Bosses: idk if it's an exploit or something, but I saw a streamer summon Henrietta, he had 150 energy in the tank and the infernal energy kept increasing each second. He ended up with 300 infernal energy during that possession. The only way you could get rid of the boss was to kill her. Same happened with Eligos - summoned Boss with 130 energy left, then it kept increasing until his bar was full. No idea if it's intended, but if now bosses gradually get infernal energy instead of gradually losing it, then David is super done for.

Big Wet said David was good. Freaking David lol. Lost all respect for the guy. If demon players struggle against weaklings like David then I am glad Saber does not take their complaints into account. Btw Mia stinks. Most of the time when her damage is high she is also possessable.
