I don't know if you seen the evil dead TV show but Ash vs the evil dead is one of the best shows you'll see it's 3 seasons 10 episodes 30 min's a show.

One of my all time favorite endings! The practical effects w/ gallons of fucking fake blood (or people Hollywood actually sacrificed we'll never know). It's so goddamn ridiculous it's beautiful.

So regarding the final scene. Originally Fede had talked about how they intended for that man picking her up with his track to be Ash (Bruce Campbell himself) but then they decided against it. Also originally they had planned to do a direct sequel to this film following Mia's character (like they did Evil Dead 2 with Ash) and then have a 3rd movie where her and Ash met and teamed up against the Deadites in a way. But then eventually that idea turned into the TV Show Ash vs Evil Dead and they didn't do a follow up to this movie or Mia's character despite the fact that Mia has become a big fan favorite among Evil Dead fans and we've been asking for a sequel to her story since 2013 basically. 😅 Anyways, the new Evil Dead film at least from what i've gathered isn't connected to this movie although i kinda wish it was.
