I love how Evil Invaders isn't just all fast all the time in their songs. Lots a variety while keeping their core sound that I wish other current old school acts had. One minute they show their Exciter influence and then WASP the next. What's not to love!

Shattering Reflection ist ein absolutes Meisterwerk! Auch wenn es sich meiner Meinung nach komplett von den Vorgängern unterscheidet. Evil Invaders liefern einen Schmelztiegel der ganz großen Ikonen von den goldenen 80ern bis heute. Angefgangen von Priest, Deep Purple, Wasp, Metallica und Skid Row bis hin zu Slayer, Hell und Borgir. Man fühlt sich immerwieder an deren Einflüsse erinnert und dennoch wirkt das Album keine Sekunde wie eine Kopie, sondern steht was Handwerk und Harmonie der Stücke angeht ganz oben dabei. Evil Invaders bedienten sich bester Zutaten und schufen ein Kunstwerk mit eigenem Stempel, das seinesgleichen sucht. Shattering Reflection ist ein absolut ebenbürdiger Nachfolger der grandiosen Feed my Violence.
