Not sure if you’re asking a question about DV arrests or not. But, I’m a retired police officer and the state I worked in passed a law quite a few years ago that said if there is evidence that a battery has taken place in a domestic situation, an arrest must be made of the person believed to be the aggressor. The charges might be dropped if the victim refuses to testify, but sometimes the officer’s testimony was enough for a conviction. Depends on each situation.

The wife and neighbor's acting is good but to be honest , rick's is a little bit of an overkill It's intense in a bit of an unrealistic way. Initially when she confronts him at the door he's not bad but once she's in his apartment I give this as creative Criticism not to put anyone down or anything and after being recommended this channel after seeing like channels that I enjoy it's only my opinion
