The fact that they were the charmed ones but both piper and Phoebe was scared of Prue. Prue dies and then Phoebe and Paige was now scared of Piper powers. Prue used her powers multiple times to her sisters when she was under the demon's influence (this episode on the video 2×09 and 3×13 because of the demon Dantalian), to protect herself in the attic from Phoebe possessed by the Woogyman with a sword on her hand (1×15), used accidentally to Phoebe in the attic because Prue thought it was a demon (3×01), to ask to the demon's soul to leave Piper's body because she was possessed (3×09).

@@leot1864 they had a lot of continuity issues. In season 6 when they had their indentities stolen by the blond witches, the oldest one froze them and that shouldn’t have been possible. Considering only their active powers were stolen not them being witches in general
