Evil Ryu VS Evil Kyo - Is Kyo too powerful for Ryu?

Backstory: Once upon a time, Evil Ryu and Evil Kyo were summoned to a mysterious realm by an unknown force. The two fighters immediately recognized each other and a fierce battle ensued.
Evil Ryu, with his dark hadou powers, attacked relentlessly. However, Evil Kyo was not one to be underestimated. He countered each of Evil Ryu's moves with his own powerful flames.
The battle raged on for what felt like hours. Each fighter was determined to prove their dominance over the other. Evil Ryu's hadouken blasts were countered by Evil Kyo's flames, and Evil Kyo's uppercuts were dodged by Evil Ryu's agility.
As the fight went on, Evil Kyo began to gain the upper hand. He landed several powerful combos that sent Evil Ryu reeling. Evil Ryu tried to fight back with a final, desperate attack, but Evil Kyo anticipated the move and quickly countered, delivering the final blow that sent Evil Ryu crashing to the ground.
Evil Kyo stood victorious, panting heavily but triumphant. Evil Ryu lay motionless on the ground, defeated. Evil Kyo had proven himself to be the stronger fighter, and as he disappeared back to his own realm, he knew that he would forever be known as the one who defeated Evil Ryu in battle.
