actually evil spider-man is not anti-venom and anti-venom is normal venom but since he was touched by Mr Negative he became the opposite and the reason that happened is that eddie brock got cancer form having the symbiote on him and evil spider-man in this is probably just the older spider-man in the future ( the CEO of alchemax) okay :D
