So, if there is any problem with the EVM, it will be found out before voting itself. Third, VVPAT system allows us to count and compare the EVM reading and paper votes. There is no system more secure than this. Congress wants Ballot paper votes only, so that it can spread Bengal style of violent voting culture, where goons capture pooling booth and stuff in 1000s of fake paper votes into the ballot boxes.

As someone who has been a booth agent I can tell you that EVM Manipulation is impossible. On the day of Polling at around 5:00AM in the morning the EVM machin along with VVPAT Machine and Control Unit to be used in the booth are tested by conducting a mock election. All booth agents present in the booth representing each candidate takes part in the test Minimum 50votes are polled, then polling is closed and then votes are counted. Only once it is very verified that votes have been Properly polled, and machine is working and all the booth agents give written permission to use the EVM, only then is the EVM is used for the actual poll. During the poll, every voter can see the symbol of the party they voted for through the glass in the VVPAT Machine. After polling the EVM, VVPAT Machine and Control Unit are sealed with signatures of all booth agents present. Then security people like State Pol or CRPF take charge of all the equipment and it is all securely stored until the day of counting. The election officers accompany the equipment and make sure it remains secure. This is the whole process... There is no scope for any foul play which is why they don't like EVM.

And my uncle who is a admk EXcouncellor in TamilNadu , he had said to me that, he and his men will vote with so many already voted sheets by hiding those many sheets in their hip. They will take those already voted sheets with them to the voting booth and they will put those many already voted sheets into the ballot box along with their single legal voting sheet . My uncle used to get those already voted sheets when their party is in power , and dmk people will do the same when their party is in power. so EVM has a radio frequency, a person is needed with mobile phone at polling center to establish connect with evms to manipulate data, Ravindra Waikar andheri loksabha, a man was caught with mobile phone at the polling center, andheri loksabha was at the last moment during last rounds vote were miraculously accounted in NDA favour, and waikar won, its all falling in place now..this guy is so sure of the systems and SOPs, says a lot! waikar won by just 48 votes...EVM found with 99% charged too is impossible which means EVMs were connected to power/charging units days before counting and that is how vote numbers may have been manipulated systematically.
