MVC 3 is the worse fighting game out there....If mvc4 happen they really need to fix that BS combo system, nobody should be able to 1 hit into a 100% combo. That is bullshit.

I agree that this sort of playstyle is not really aesthetically pleasing, but I think what made this game successful (outside of the whole character cameos) was specifically that gambit factor. You know what I mean? LIke just betting the farm on getting through the gauntlet to get that 1 hit to set it all up. I haven’t played it but I heard a lot of those combos are kind of hard to keep up as well. I’m with you though. I don’t like this type of mechanic. It’s more like a 1st-to-combo showcase game, instead of a fighter.
