It is. I haven't played Xrd yet, but I have played X2 accent core plus and it's hard at first, but if you stick with a character, learn their play style, and learn the games mechanics you should be fine.

I've been playing GG since the first game on the PS1. Its an outstanding series. Very original. Easy to pickup, very difficult to get good. If you don't practice often good players will whoop you. If you are a fan of fighting games try it out.
