Within the replica Arcarum world, Nier would probably be stronger due to Death, the primal beast she summons, being one of the primals responsible for creating that world. Outside it though, probably Vira since she is pact-bound to the primal beast of knighthood, Luminiera, and had combat training.

The easy inputs are a 10% damage decrease, and only when used raw. There are far more important things to learn than inputs that will reduce your consistency and slow you down

yea they do - or well, most do, for most moves. 90% of the time you'd rather take an input thats faster to put in and react to stuff than a 10% damage increase - and that increase is only for the first move in a combo. easy input might be the difference in the combo even happening or not, and when looking at the full combo, the increase is maybe you doing 8300 instead of 8000, most of the time thats not gonna make the difference. honestly, i love how easy inputs are the meta even for high level - makes it so everyone can compete, AND theres always that little bit you can squeeze out if you really want/need to. I love this game, glad its up there on the evo stage now.
