I love your videos dude I have learnt a lot from you could you kindly share the OEM part numbers for the front & back bushings please... even though I have really good road&track coilovers on my Evo 9 I have recently noticed that my ride has done stiffer and it’s making these weird clunking noice however the noise isn’t really loud though only when I go over humps and bumps as we have a lot of them in that the UK

I have a rotational clunk from my front passenger corner. Already ruled out axle, wheel hub, brakes, and tcase. It makes the noise going straight on or off throttle. Can’t figure out if it’s the endlinks, sway bar or even lca. Ball joint and tie rod end don’t seem to have play…

My battery impact is pretty old but works fine, i think anything you can buy today would work just fine. Anything Milwaukee brand is pretty good if you want to spend the money. The stuff used to press out the bearing was most likely a bearing adapter and bearing separator kit from harbor freight.

@@BoostedFilms I haven't look into them yet, but my original plans were to buy the whole front end and rear sets and do them all the same day eventually. I'll be running Michellen pilot sport 4s on swift lowering springs and keeping the stock blistein shocks for now. I'd like to maximize all the handling else where and anti sway before coilovers while trying to keep it at 1-1.2" drop max. Thx though....

How did the new bushings turn out? Did you install the Whiteline? Would you recommend them?

mattaue I did not run the whiteline LCA bushings. I did run the whiteline roll center ball joints and outter tie rods. Can’t notice anything with the oem LCA bushings. Whiteline roll center kit does make the car seem to have more responsive steering. But it also make it seem a bit more “darty” which can hurt streetability a bit. Just my .02 on it.

Boosted Films are you planning on running the Whiteline LCA bushing anytime soon? Would you recommend them? A shop told me my LCA was loose but didn’t say which bushings needed replacing.

is that movement you doing with the bushing on the first couple of mins of the video normal? how much movement does a new one have to compare to the older once? just wondering if it is normal or it supposed to be nice and solid. thank you

Fernando Bruno they can be very stiff when you first buy them and it may take a bit to kinda break it loose initially but they should be able to move a bit. My older ones looked more cracked and worn, and that is why I changed them.
