It does. It is 4 elixir vs 5+ elixir. Spending more elixir is an investment risk, and with higher risks come with higher rewards and consistency. Battle Ram's charge range is 3.5 tiles mind you.

They alr nerfed Evo MK indirectly by fixing his movement and direction when jumping. Before, he would push a troop and immediately jump on them no matter the distance. But now he will push the troop and either walk up to them or have a small delay to jump on them if they are far away.

The problem right now is the evos comes for such a short time, cards needs to be played a lot if you wanna be good at it, like the ice spirit, with no changes at all became one of the best evos, evo cannon doesn’t need a buff, I’ve been pushing with it like crazy, too amazing on offense and insanely useful on defense too

The witch is literally the most buffed/nerved card in the games history. Not a joke. And I've been around for almost all of em. The craziest one was when witch was basically a sniper and they had to emergency patch it. That's how insane her range and dmg was. Imagine having princess range. But with quickness of the wizards fireball. Look up videos on witches balance history. .they have no idea what to do with her. They've added more Larry's to her. Took em away. Made em buffed with more health but less of em. Made the witch a Glas cannon at one point where she died way too fast but would solo a towerr if went unchecked . Who remembers the good ole giant with witch behind ? Those were the good old days. Times were so simple. 😊
