Evo X Big Turbo First Start (It's a Disaster!)

Attempting to do a first start on my Evo X GSR with a ETS T4 twin scroll turbo kit and other support modifications. Bigger fuel pump, injector, fuel rail, intercooler, and fuel pressure regulator kit. End up making a mess. Enjoy.

Damn that turbo and heat shield is a very tight fit. I would be scared for it to catch on fire.

Definitely a tight fit but doesn’t make any contact so finger cross 😅.

I dont know if someone said but the oil feed bracket actually bolts to the valve cover in the top left corner

Should get a aluminum valve cover. That plastic is going to melt main!

@@ykmedia3439 you really don’t need it..I haven’t had any issues with my kit overheating anything and it’s been on for 2 years and valve cover is still in tact 👍🏽

For Evo X battery is located in the trunk

Nice build! I'm curious about your decision to keep the stock bypass valve.

Thanks 🙏, from my knowledge and research the stock bypass value is good up to 30psi of boost.
