@hotzauhse what do you mean? It is allowed. Even at locals. You can ask for a seat change after or at the beginning of a set. The problem was that the EVO officials didn't know the rules. Rules that have been a part of the FGC for well over a decade and a half at that point. So it took forever for them to flip a coin. It should have taken no less than a minute.
