absolutely it isnt. The only situation its good in, is the one shown in the video. Against swarms it cant do anything. his splash is not that good, and his attack speed is so bad, Even against the slowest tanks it will get one shot before getting killed immediately because his health is not good. And even against these win condition that ignore troops, its so easy to pull him out with a snowball or log, and do absolutely nothing useful.

Its actually not as broken as you would think. Battle ram pushes only the troops in front so it often does not push anything if played correctly + it does not have that much of hp so without a tank its pretty easy to defend + it takes eternity to start boosting so log or zap and any mini tank counters it well
