This machines cost about $28-30.000 a piece and they have a big problem where never tell you. If you buy it for business you out of luck because they have installed 12 gallon hot water tank inside and is not enough hot water to wash even 2 dogs.so if you have over 2 dogs back to back u have no hot water and u must wait 30 to 35 minutes for the tank to warm the water and the costumers in mean time leave.Bad business.So in case to fix this problem u have to install extra a big hot water tank and connect to the machine,and cost you thousands bc is not so easy and you need special plumber and electrician bc is difficult to get to the machine mechanism and bypass the existing tank. They never tell u all this.Good luck

Went to one the other day. Dryer stopped before it timed out, and water temperature was far from lukewarm.

The only thing I learned from using one was I need to get a shower attachment at my house for $30 and a dog dryer machine from Amazon for $90 and I have unlimited dog washing ability.

The reason the water was cold bc the small 42 liter ( 7_8 ) gallon hot water tank they have inside the machine is enough only for one dog to wash. The next 1.5 hour the water is cold.Things they never tell you.But idea system.

Used one today for the first time. No shampoo came out. Only got 10 minutes for $15, which left about 5 minutes to dry a 20lb dog, which is about half the time needed. Anything larger then you're walking out with a soaking wet pouch. Instructions on machine need to be clear about where shampoo comes out. I was looking everywhere. Had to come watch this video just to learn the one I used must of been out of shampoo.
