2020 and 2021 are my favorites in designs and aesthetic. Luo Yi and Pharsa's starlight skins are even better than some collector skins. Pharsa's ult effects with her SL skin is amazing. It starts with a flower bloom then explodes into petals. Amazing details from moonton actually.
