The funny thing is, Bowser's version of Chance Time (which only appeared in the first two Mario Parties as of this comment) is, ironically, much less punishing than the real thing. Literally the only thing you can lose is coins. This being BOWSER we're talking about, you'd think he would take something already tension-inducing and make it the bane of every player's existence, but nope.

Yeah, I wanted it to come back to Super Mario Party. If it ever did, it would have been on only Mario Party Mode. The prizes (in my personal opinion) would have been: 5, 10, 15, 20 Coins, 1 Star, Trade Coins, Trade Stars, Trade Coins & Stars.

Sad that chance time didn’t come back after Mario Party 6. As luck based as it is, it makes the game more fun for less skilled players to have a shot at winning if they play their cards right. Even for more skilled players who can time the roulette, it makes upsets more interesting in the game. The newer games lack that kind of comeback mechanism

Actually i play Mario Party Superstars with a friend. 30 Rounds on Peachs Bithday Cake. And we mostly play with money. He sets 5€ and i do aswell. And the winner gets the 10€. And MOSTLY i win. But 2 Games were absolutly CRUSHED by chance time ... First One he traded my stars with a CPU. I had 9 and the CPU had 2. And my friend had 6. LAST ROUND btw. Second One he traded all my Money with himself (he had 22 i had 233) And then i lost cause he got the coin star at the end of the game. Had 2 More cause he got the star not me, i lost. All other games i won ... Chance Time ruins everything ... Families, Friends, EVERYTHING :D
