i swear though that even in other triple A studios that since they are getting these new people just outa university/college or whatever with the choices they made to go into video game development as it is an option to choose as a steady income and in the past it wasn't. Makes you wonder why these new faces come in and only have MONEY on the brain, what do you expect though from early 20's men and women who chose the video game development career to only think about money.....thats the main problem as becoming a great gaming studio about making great games was never about how much money you could make from them, it was always first about creating a great and amazing game that a wide audience can enjoy....its literally....a GAME....and i am happy i grew up with C&C and my most favorite of the list will always be C & C Generals: Zero Hour as i mainly played this with my brother and dad, either it being versus AI or just eachother, it was really fun and i loved it. these great memorys cannot be stolen from me, even if what we used to have disapears, it will be with us forever in our souls.

C&C red alert in 1996 was my favourite game on the ps1. It had two discs one for allied and one for Soviet missions. Loved it

loved that you could load either team on the smirmish mode with either disk. (our soviet disk got scratched and could still play through the allied disk...but no story mode for the soviets tho.)..

I only have the earliest Sega Saturn game console. It was completely discontinued in 2000 and is now an antique. I bought it in November 1994. Command and Conquer has two discs: NOD camp and GDI. But strictly speaking, this is not the earliest version because these levels did not appear in the Sega Saturn version. The real Command and Conquer game is the 1994 version and most of the content is All have been simplified.

I once played this game when I was a kid. For some reason it disappeared from our computer and since then I've forgotten about it. When I turned into a teenager I remember a faint memory of playing a military game like StarCraft and Warcraft. It really bothered me so much that I couldn't remember what it was so I was really thankful to sseth when he mentioned and showed one of the many incarnations of the game in his Evenicle video (you don't need to know what that is). Call me nostalgic, but old versions are way better. I just bought remastered 4k versions of C&C and Red Alert. I hope they'll add C&C Tiberian Sun. That was one of my favorite versions.

Gosh this takes me back to playing C&C3: Tiberium Wars over lan with a friend. Said friend sadly isn't with us anymore, but I remember us having alot of fun with this game. I often played as GDI because I just liked their aesthethics alot, and because I liked the Mammoth :P. I was sadly a little too young to have a pc during the earlier days, so I have never really touched the first C&C or Tiberian Sun+Firestorm. Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge are also childhood favourites of mine.

I loved C&C, my friends and I had LAN parties with that game, I always played Nod! I still remeber one of the cheesiest tactics I used to wipe my buddies, by building Concrete walls right up to their base and building like 5 Obelisks of Light right at the entries to them! :) I really was a scumbag :D

I've never played any of the C&C games, only have ever seen a friend play them when I was very small. So it might be nostalgia somehow but the older games seem like they're easier to digest. As the games get upgraded through the years, it looks like the game play gets more and more convoluted.
