I remember Strike Force. I loved to steal uniforms and do stealth as much as possible.

I enjoyed all the titles but the best ones are Commandos 1 and its expansion. Then, the franchise turned more and more into the action genre, trying to appeal the masses and that's where everything started to fall down.

Of the 3D games based on all sorts of commandos, I like this game: "Hidden & Dangerous 2".

you know oddly enough you can kill that guy in the bunker on the damp mission in commandos 1, i did it once with the diver's harpoon gun, but i cant seems to replicate it again

BEL/BCD and Men of Courage are the best Commandos games I enjoyed. However, Destination Berlin is pretty less enjoying because it is only few missions, the Driver's absence, and hard difficulty.

There is no such game. Is Paris Burning, it's a mission in the 2nd game, which is in the video Commandos 2 Men of Courage. You're probably talking about fan made, shitty modpacks, that have nothing to do with the actual games.

You might want to have a look at "Last Train Home" - while it isn't a stealth game per se, you can play it very, very similar to commandos if you go for the silent route instead of guns blazing.
