If it wasn’t noticeable already, Crash, a simple minded bandicoot, keeps up with the times, unlike proper thinking adults. This is why he has a yo-yo in Crash 3 and does neat tricks that were the fad in the 1960’s to (safe to say) 2002. He carried his own GBA in all of the GBA games, he wears jeans instead of trousers in CNK, Twinsanity with a pair of converse based shoes with a *C* instead of a star, and Tag-Team Racing, punk clothing and tattoos in Titans and Mind Over Mutant, looks more modern in Skylanders: Imaginators, and wears clown looking shoes and pants that look more akin to his scuba gear pants from Crash 3 and now carries around a smartphone. Crash a time follower, he wears clothing and uses items from the times he’s lived through.
