I can confirm that it is. I played the same version of it on my Wii, even though the gameplay showcases the PS2 version. It was different than the version on the PS3 and 360. I believe the psp and ds also had completely unique versions of the game as well that were completely different than any of the console versions.

My friend, you've completely misunderstood :) What's written on the screen indicates which version of the clip in the video is from. So, if the video was recorded from a PC, it says "PC"; if from a PlayStation, it says "PlayStation." I don't really care which platforms the game is available on; you can find that out with a Google search anyway. The platforms shown in my video are the ones it was played on. I hope I explained it well.
