Benji Hudson Well in my opinion it sounds like he is singing the songs with the same intensity as the originals, but in his own voice without much altering. He even exaggerated certain parts much more than the originals for humor. And the point of his channel is singing songs using voices other than the ones in the originals. So to sing Eminem songs using Eminems voice would literally be against the point of his whole channel. Him singing it as himself or using another characters voice is what his channel is all about.

Benji Hudson True, but my point was that when he does impressions it is generally of people/characters singing other peoples songs. When he sung Uptown Funk for example he didn't do an impression of Bruno Mars he used other voices. That was all I was trying to say. Yes I have listened to the songs he's covering, hundreds of times actually, I just think Mikey was exaggerating a bit more. That's just my opinion, no need to get hostile about things.

This is my favorite that he's done, IMO. Coming from a huge Eminem fan, it captured his evolution of style well. And Mikey did a good job on it. Also, I'm happy he didn't do Rap God, because the Stewie Griffin one was amazing. I know when I try and rap the fast part in the song, I always have to say to myself "Caden, don't give up" but then I give up after the first few lines or so. Ginosparty a, Every artist who writes music today is trying to satisfy the fans. Satisfying the fans is how you make enough money to pay your bills and buy your food and gain disposable income. It's not 'selling out', it's a legitimate business tactic. You could write music just to please yourself, but it won't guarantee bread on the table. b, An artist who does not change and evolve goes stale. If there was an artist who could stay the same over a ten year career, they would be a burger from McDonalds. We could agree to disagree, but I do find the 'sell out' idea too flippant and ignorant of the reality of what goes into your favourite music or literature.
