the 2006 and 2007s were just.. yikes. But i literally jumped hearing the one at 2:34. this is what improvement looks like, she clearly worked on some things, maybe had some training and so many stars could benefit from this. many singers who are called talentless, could actually be something if they paid more attention. this song was my life though year ago I'd always hear it, so i'm glad to see she's gotten pretty bomb at this song

Funny reading this comment three years later and this girl can still hit the F5 and better than she had ever done it. She’s a lot more comfortable with her higher belts these days and making music! So proud of this woman and who she’s become!

The original note in the studio is F#5 but I've never heard her sing it in the original key. And you could tell that she was getting better at hitting the note. The first one and the last one is executed way differently

Me too!! Not that she didn't sound good the first time, but since her vocal training her belts have become a lot stronger and more resonance. If she covered the song again, it would be better because her voice would sound clearer and healthier, but I did love the raspiness to her tone. It gave it a more raw feel.
