Evolution of Garuda from Street Fighter EX (1996-2018)

Garuda is adorned in reddish-orange rusted samurai armor, and wears a horned helmet with a demonic-looking skeletal mask. He has a wild mane of blond hair, and pauldrons on either side of the armor with designs resembling demon faces. Garuda's armor is adorned with a gold belt with two tassels attached, and he wears blue hakama pants along with kote gauntlets, as well as red suneate with open-toed sandals.

I know there was a Garuda costume for Akuma in Sf5, but while the cosrume was cool and was pretty fitting for Akuma, it would be far cooler to have the real deal in a Street fighter game and him go against Akuma

Everybody these days always talks as if not many people played these games but I'm sure most people in the day did play one of the street EX games. In England at least. Back then many kids didn't have a P.S. too expensive. So you would go to a friends house to play games that's why sales wise it looks as if it was unknown. Brilliant fun with my mate back in the day

Garuda is one of ARIKA's character designs, not Capcom's. What's more, Namco obviously never had a problem with Garuda's design, seeing as they never tried to sue ARIKA for copyright infringement.
